Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours of notice and we will be happy to use your store credit for a later date. To cancel, please send us an email at thecharcuteriequeen@gmail.com and we will issue your store credit.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
