Where are you located?
The Charcuterie Queen operates out of a commercial kitchen located in Nassau County, NY. 

Are you licensed and insured?
The Charcuterie Queen is licensed, insured, and food handler certified.

What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice and we will be happy to issue you a store credit for a later date. To cancel, please send us an email at thecharcuteriequeen@gmail.com and we will issue you a store credit. Orders canceled outside of the 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit. 

What is your delivery range?
Our delivery radius is 10-miles from Wantagh, NY (11793). If you are outside of our delivery radius, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We currently do not offer shipping. 

Can I request a specific delivery time for my order? 
Due to high volume, we can not guarantee a specific delivery time. However, if you need your order by a specific time, please let us know in the notes section on the checkout page and we will do our best to get your order to you on time.

When should I serve my cheese and charcuterie board?
Cheese and charcuterie boards are best served at room temperature. The Charcuterie Queen recommends refrigerating your board until 30-40 minutes prior to consumption. 

When will I receive confirmation about my pickup time or delivery time?
Confirmation emails are sent 3-4 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Emails contain the pickup time, pickup location, or the delivery time frame.

How long can I keep my board in the refrigerator for?
The Charcuterie Queen suggests serving your cheese and charcuterie board within 24-48 hours of receiving it. As an added bonus, all orders include a side package of crackers.

Can you accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
The Charcuterie Queen is able to customize your board to accommodate all guests. Boards can be made vegetarian, nut-free, gluten-free, and even suitable for soon-to-be mothers! 

How much are grazing tables?
Our grazing tables are individually crafted for every occasion. To receive a personalized quote, please provide your information in the contact section of our website. We will respond within 48 hours with detailed information on pricing and availability.
