ABOUT CORRINAAs Seen On...

I was on The Drew Barrymore Show!
Drew Barrymore and Eric Stonestreet team up with The Charcuterie Queen, Corrina Cafarelli to learn the right way to make a charcuterie board. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make that salami rose, here's your chance!
Meet Long Island’s – and America’s – Charcuterie Queen
LONG ISLAND HOME

No two of Cafarelli’s boards are alike, even when customers order the same ingredients — something she takes pride in.
“Every board is unique and it’s always a fun surprise for my customers,” she said. “I need to keep them on their toes. Customers sometimes tell me ‘This board looks so different from last week!’ I love the excitement.”

Halloween Charcuterie Board Tips
"Corrina Cafarelli (The Charcuterie Queen), urges restraint when choosing items. Instead of throwing a whole rainbow of colors on your board, consider a palate of alternating dark purples (grapes, blackberries), oranges (Cheddar, clementines), and creamy whites (crackers, popcorn) for a moody, aesthetically pleasing presentation."

"One thing that the Queen does that sets her apart is the use of charcuterie cups that contain single servings of meat, cheese, olives, and more. It's the ideal thing for a party or movie night. Another unique creation is the occasionally-posted "cheese cakes," which are not at all your typical cheesecake. Instead, stacked wheels of brie and other cheeses are adorned with fruits, meats, and flowers for a unique and altogether eye-catching display."

"Cafarelli loves to experiment with new cheeses and meats that she discovers at local stores across Long Island. She hopes to spice up her follower's boards by adding a wide selection of exotic flavors for them to taste."
"All of TCQ's boards come with various cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruit, chocolate, crackers, along with other lavish accoutrements."
